Minutes for Monthly EXCO Meeting

Every month, there will be an EXCO meeting. Today's meeting was to sort out the roles of the EXCO members. Chen and Kayue will help to bond the team as they attract alot of people. Phile and Lester will help in leading the team and help out in the team matters. Guys we also need to un-clique the team and bond more as one, like having a Friday night dinner after training weekly. Umm that should be all.
