So Our Journey Begins

18/10/10 is our first training after our long break promos. Before training started, we had a brief meeting to clear all of our doubts and ensure we set the right tone for our training.

2) Not worry about what others think about you.


After the meeting, we did a 5km run which was followed by 100m x 6sets strides.200 core and 100 push ups ended the training.


Focus on what we can do rather than worry about what we cant do
