Hi guys!

CCAAB is finally over and it has left a tattoo on me.

If you guys think that it's ALL about leadership, you're wrong.

Coming out of CCAAB, I believe I'm not just a better leader but a better person on the whole.

Even those on manpower definitely learnt and experienced new lessons.

Btw, it doesn't mean that only the Exco or the Captains can lead, everyone can step up and take the lead!

It would definitely be fruitful to our team but please, respect has to be put in place as well.

I have learnt to be a more effective motivator and instead of just being quirky all the time, I really believe there is a time and place for everything. I know I already am quite a good motivator (heh heh) but sometimes I just don't do it at the right time and I'm glad this camp put it in check.

Also, motivating isn't just about voice. "Come on **** Come on ****" please guys, I really beg of you.
Do not Talk the Walk but not Walk the talk
No offense Mr Ong! But guys, when you cheer someone on, you guys must do it cause you love the dude, and not because you do it for the sake of doing it or to just show Mr Ong. I want you guys to really cheer because you feel for the guy.

I love Hafiz and so I cheer for him when rain or shine.

Anyway guys, I hope Soccer also becomes a True blue brotherhood.

During the camp, I found out that hey you MUST have trust. If you don't trust the dude beside you, in front of you, behind you, how are you going to play football?

I just hope that Soccer 2011 becomes a Legacy for ACJC, the first Gold, the first annointment of Golden Blood.
