Minutes for EXCO Meeting on 15/12/2010 Wed

Points to take note:

1) Open House: Video to be < 1 min (promotional/recruitment)
Mascot: need to look for more options
Banner: done & checked =)

2) Camp: Purpose: Team bonding (contribute ideas pls since planning is done by us)
3-5 jan 2011 (tentative)

3) Roles of exco: - To bring the team together through PASSION & LEADERSHIP. Can start by hanging out with smaller groups first, e.g. east ppl :), west ppl =), north?! ppl
- Especially to those who are not that committed, pls COMMIT yourself to the team, esp. j2s since last year all... (start coming for trainings regularly)
- Those who are weaker in fitness pls do your own self training at home. For those weaker in technique, you need to keep playing soccer, esp with those who are better to improve.

4) Training schedule: We'll be going to cage to play soccer this(16/12) and next thursday(23/12)
- 23/12 thurs will be our last training. We'll be having a 1 week break after that, then we'll most likely report back on 3/1/2011 for a camp (tbc).
