camp!

hi guys!
i think we had a really great camp, didnt we!? SOOOO MUCCHHH better than the last one :D i think the fun was the bonus, the main thing we gained from this camp was much better intra-team relationship. this is really really important, because i feel that with great team bonding, we will really want to fight hard for each other, and win the a div tgt. its mutual motivation in a sense. speaking of mutual motivation, we really need to start having urgency. in the match, in training. this type of things is like you need to start doing it first one, then when people see you got urgency they will follow, then in the end the whole team will do things much faster. like in a match, if some guy relax relax receive one ball, relax relax run, you see him do that kinda shit you also feel like slacking. anyways, i really want to thank everybody for making a successful camp, esp to the exco and esp esp to the captains.
